Please bring an early morning urine sample into surgery. Upon receipt of the result you will be asked to come to reception to be given a date for your initial booking with the Midwife at around 8-10 weeks. you will be given leaflets to read before your booking and asked to bring a urine sample on your first appointment.
The Midwife will give you your next appointment on each visit. The Midwife will explain about all you antental care throughout your pregnancy and any blood tests that are necessary. You will be able to choose either Kings Mill Centre or Nottingham City Hospital for your delivery.

We urge ladies in the age range of 25-65 to have a smear test.
Ladies will be offered a test every three years from age 25-50. Ladies 50-65 years will be offered an appointment every five years.

We ask can you please book to see our Practice Nurse two weeks before your prescription runs out for Family Planning and HRT.
We offer full family planning services, the pill, caps, coils. If you want a coil fitting please book an appointment with a GP to discuss. The morning after pill is available from GP/Nurse Practitioner.

The clinic is ran on a Tuesday morning between the hours of 10 and 12 noon.
